HEY! Just a quick question about toast... I really love fusions overall so I MUST KNOW- will there be a time where the fusion becomes... toxic? If I remember correctly, the fusion is a result from self-love so what happens when that self-love turns into self-hatred?

I dont think there would ever come a time when the fusion is formed from self-hatred, my poor heart cannot handle that! BUT! The fusion can definitely become toxic, and has once! The first time Sprout and Poptart fused, because Sprout didnt want to let go:

And, do note, that a pair of eyes can close depending on which Leo in the fusion is more dominant at the moment, usually from being emotionally charged. In that rare case Sprout has the bottom eyes while Poptart takes the top!

Hehe working on some concept sketches for Saturnstrider, a controversial pretender, and I may have chosen a few attributes I preferred but you get to see these~

He hovered among Derp status for a long moment, I indulged a little. I have to be honest I'm actually doing this concept work, like...in a serious wayyy??? With blocking out shapes and...yeah overall thinking. I'm also sticking notes in there for future reference as I design the doomed pair, because a pretenders appearance ironically can say so much about them if you know what to look for.

Lots of lore stuff that may get a post, or not.

My dearest mutual @quibble-auk has changed my brain chemistry on how to design people, I'm looking and doing research for this man. Looking at animal refs and biological reasoning for how and why he looks the way he does.

So in other words I'm a dork and I blame her- (I'm kidding she's extremely talented and Im so happy to get to see her process with things and learn from it)
