this is kind of multiple parts to a headcanon:

1 - Mayoi is the type to be hyper self aware of his OCD and knows that it is OCD he's experiencing, but struggles to accept it as a valid reason because of his intrusive thoughts. However, he does know a lot about OCD.

2 - Tatsumi has religious OCD.

3 - Mayoi gradually starts pointing out certain behaviors of Tatsumi's that he notices to be OCD and tries to help redirect them. I don't think he'd outright tell Tatsumi that it's OCD because he doesn't wanna scare him, but would definitely try to help him manage it.
