🔥 Beltane Rites of Union: Three Rituals for Sacred Connection
Beltane is a time of fire, fertility, and ecstatic union. Whether you're weaving the elements into a maypole, merging with your beloved in sacred intimacy, or invoking the divine feminine alone beneath the stars, these three rites offer pathways to deep connection.
🌿 Ritual 1: The Union of Elements – Maypole Spell
Introduction:
Beltane celebrates the sacred union of opposites—masculine and feminine, spirit and matter, desire and manifestation. This spell invokes that union through the weaving of elemental forces around a phallic maypole crowned with a floral wreath. It is both playful and powerful, aligning your will with the season's fertile energy.
Materials Needed:
A straight, phallic stick or pole (wood type chosen to match your intent)
A wreath made of flowers (flowers symbolic of your intent)
Five ribbons:
Red for Fire
Blue for Water
Yellow for Air
Green for Earth
White for Spirit
Tool for drawing, engraving, or burning sigils/spells onto the pole
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Maypole:
Find a stick or pole that resonates with your intention—have fun with this part. Choose a type of wood that reflects your purpose or energy. It should be straight and clearly phallic in form.
2. Create the Wreath:
Weave a crown of flowers using blooms that carry meanings tied to your desire. This wreath will symbolize union, fertility, and the blooming of intention.
3. Engrave the Spell:
Use bind runes, sigils, or any symbolic language to mark the pole with your spell. Start at the top to represent divine thought—the source. Repeat the sigil at the bottom (Malkuth), and once again in the center, where all forces meet. Between the top and bottom, mark or write:
“As above, so below. So below, as above.”
4. Tie the Elements:
Fasten the five elemental ribbons to the wreath: red, blue, yellow, green, and white.
5. Weave the Spell:
Place the wreath atop the maypole. Slowly and with intention, wrap the ribbons around the pole while chanting:
> Fire is my will. My will binds my intent and fuses it with the air.
Air is my thoughts. With air I bind my intent and fuse it into water.
Water is creation. It gives life to all things. By water I bind my intention and give it life. By water I infuse the earth.
The earth is my foundation. By earth I bind my intent to spirit. And with spirit I bind earth, water, air, and fire.
As below, so above. As above, so below. So mote it be.
💞 Ritual 2: Sacred Union – A Beltane Tantric Rite
Introduction:
This rite honors the sacred union between partners—a living embodiment of divine polarity. Rooted in ancient Tantric practice, this ritual is a sensual, spiritual journey that transcends the physical act and becomes an offering of worship, love, and unity.
A Note on Tantra:
Tantra is an ancient and expansive spiritual tradition that encompasses far more than just sex—it is a profound path to enlightenment through embodiment, sacred energy, and union. It teaches us to see the divine in ourselves and in our partners. There is far too much depth to convey in a single blog post, but if you're curious to explore further, here are some excellent resources:

The Tantric Union:
In a Tantric union, the couple becomes the vessel for divine masculine and feminine energies. In classical Tantra, this is Shiva and Shakti. In our personal practice, my wife and I embody Lucifer and Babalon. You may choose any archetype that resonates with you—at Beltane, the May Queen and the Green Man are especially fitting.
The Key is Reverence:
Approach your partner not just as a person, but as a living deity. Let every touch, word, and gaze be a form of worship. Honor their spirit by worshiping their sacred temple.
( so I guess in this right you are actually seeing them as a person because every person is the sacred Temple of the Divine)
The Practice:
Begin by awakening the senses:
Smell: Breathe in the scent of your lover’s skin. Let the fragrance of their natural incense anchor you in the moment.
Listen: Hear their breath, their heartbeat, their voice. Let every sound draw you deeper into connection.
See: Look into their eyes—truly see them. Not just the body, but their aura, their energy, their soul.
Touch: Explore every inch of their being with your fingertips. Let your hands become prayers. Worship every part of them—from crown to sole—with patience and devotion.
This is not a moment to rush. It is a journey. A long, slow descent into intimacy, energy, and love. Relearn each other. Fall in love again. Merge your energies. Become one.
🩸 Ritual 3: Solo Astral Encounter – Invocation of AZ, Lilith, and Babalon
Introduction:
This final rite is a solo ritual for those seeking union with the divine feminine through astral communion. It calls upon the dark, erotic, and transformative goddesses AZ, Lilith, and Babalon. This ritual is a revised version of the rite presented in Adamu: Luciferian Tantra and Sex Magick by Michael W. Ford. You can explore the original text here on Amazon.
I first discovered this working through a powerful YouTube video, which I will link in the comments.
Preparation:
Decorate your altar in red for the Scarlet Woman or black for Lilith.
Adorn it with symbols of nature’s darker mysteries—death, bones, skulls, alongside sexual symbols of fertility and life.
Use a chalice shaped like a skull or a symbolic vessel of your choosing, filled with wine or another elixir.
Place the Sigil of the Star of Babalon prominently upon the altar.
The Invocation:
Stand before your altar. When ready, speak the oration clearly and with intent:
> “On the back of the Beast I ride bringing forth the Antichrist who comes before all and through many.
While fornicating call my names AZ LILITH BABALON.
Spill your seed in my name, my glory, and for my desire.
My Gateway is through ecstasy, the mirror between the breast of the Scarlet woman.
I shall teach the workings of witchcraft under a new method—Twilight workings that all can embrace.
I will not show all of myself to you at once, or you could never understand my true beauty and Terror.”
Gaze intently at the Star of Babalon on the altar. Raise your chalice high and speak:
> “I am in all things and I can be summoned through the vessel of the skull. The blood is the life.”
Drink the elixir.
Then declare:
> “I am Shadow. I am vampire. I am the devouring demon who sucks the life of the weak,
and I give the black flame of everlasting life to those who will embrace me.
AZI AZAKA BABALON NASSAU AZ AZ AZ!”
Afterword:
If performed properly and regularly, this rite opens the door to intense astral encounters with these goddesses. The experience is often enhanced with the use of binaural beats or the YouTube video where this ritual is voiced—link to be provided in the comments. These tools help deepen trance states and make the veil between worlds thin.
Thanks for reading and let me know if you want any further information on any of these three topics we can dive deeper into Tantra or into luciferian Magic Etc. We can also discuss how to channel and ask your encounter with the masculine divine.
