Mayqo'te Day 5: Leather!
Karo ran her hands over the leather--tracing the feel of it, and the warmth of G'raha's skin underneath. It didn't seem real still--him back here, whole; no crystal besides that he carried on his back.
"It's okay..." his voice cracked, whispering the words that they both tried to believe, eyes meeting finally with a smile--touch relinquished.
Mayqo'te Day 10: Storm
Out on a patrol, a storm sprung up--fairly common on the isles. Luckily Thancred knew of a half-abandoned hide-away to stay for the night. Placing himself at the top of the loft, he insisted she take the solo bed for the night.
