Day 29 | #CrazySexyYoga and Day 31 | #MayYourHeartOpen | #LotusPose
I picked a handstand option, cause why not haha. Working with handstands is always fun! And i’m no stranger to handstand fun anymore haha It’s incredible to be able to do something and instead of feeling fear i feel strength!

Day 22 | #MayYourHeartOpen | #WheelPose
May your heart open 💜 the world is constantly changing. At times we may think we know everything there is to know - that your ideas are right and they always will be. We think this way at kids, and many of us still tend to think this way as adults. It’s easy to get stuck in out own ideas but if you give yourself some time, opened your mind, your heart, you might just see how different the world is than you first thought.

Day 16 | #MayYourHeartOpen | #ReverseWarrior I don't have perfect form or transitions but i think stressing on it constantly hinders your progress. I used to need to be perfect when j first started yoga and all that did was frustrate me. I was upset if my feet were't facing the right way if i should have been able to balance an asana but fell out of it. And that ruined it. Why stress when you can learn it, do your best, and enjoy the moment.
