where there was this minecraft glitch that’d occasionally make the squids float through the air. Just swimming in the sky. It was a happier time.

Actually on the topic of "mojang please update your old stuff with your new stuff" can they please update cows pigs and sheep to look like their newer mobs? It's weird that all new mobs have actual ears and tails and these guys still have theirs painted on

Do you have to feed ghastlings for them to grow up or will they grow up on their own. Can I keep them baby forever

I fully blame the "every mob must have a use" crowd for the absolute HASSLE frogs and froglights are

I'm so torn about the mob vote because crabs are cute and I REALLY want the extended arm reach, but also I think savannah biomes are so so boring and armadillos are ALSO cute and would bring more life to that biome (also dog armor sounds pretty cool) and I feel the same about the penguins because stoney shores are like. Literally just some stone and it'd be really cool if they had their own mob (and penguins are really really cute)

And basically I just feel like these are all things that would be GREAT contributions to minecraft and I think it's a shame they'll scrap 2 of them just because they didn't win in a vote where only one could ever win

I wish the minecraft mob vote had a different system. Something more along the lines of voting on each mob individually to see if it would be an addition to minecraft that people want, and if the majority of people want it then it gets added. Giving a chance to all 3 mobs to be new additions to the game

And I'm not trying to crunch the development team. I'm not saying they need to add all the desired mobs by the next update. I'm just saying it'd be cool if the system was something that would prompt them to work on all the ideas we like with the expectation that it would, eventually, be released in a future update

Because at the moment it seems like we're never gonna see any of the mobs that lost the previous votes despite the fact that a huge portion of the minecraft fanbase REALLY likes some of those mob ideas

I just think it's a shame
