Well, since the old Nath wore a mask, was in extreme control of his attitude and image for his father first, but also because that's what everyone expected of him, why would you want him to be like before? I really do not understand.

I'm not saying that the new Nath is perfect (plus, we had already seen his current flaws in HSL, nothing new under the sun), but at least he is free to think for himself. The old Nath was unhappy and just for that, I do not want to see him again. It's the person I'm interested in, not the mask he's wearing.

In general, as soon as a character, any one, makes a misstep, it looks like it's a drama. Fortunately for them that all these characters are not real. While it is precisely because they are imperfect, that they do things well, but also small or big mistakes, that they are interesting.
