“heya. s’up, t?” The voice should sound very familiar to the boss monster. The words tiredly hung in the air and were stand alone among all the hustle and bustle. “gotta say, i’m surprised to see ya here too. unless ‘m barkin’ up the wrong tree and you’re not who i think ya are.” If Toriel were to look for the small skeleton, she’d have to look up for once as he wasn’t planted on the ground. No, no. He was hanging from a nearby tree branch by his coat hood. He hung there limp, but his smile never faded. His feet were sans, pun not intended, one slipper. And to top it off, his left arm had gotten caught on the very same branch he was dangling from. An evident attempt to free himself had been made. Honestly, it was a silly sight and even Sans couldn’t help but look mildly embarrassed about it.
“how’s life here been treatin’ ya?” He asked, trying to play off his current situation. “m’ hoping the humans have been kind?” Sans would have preferred to meet with Toriel in a much different situation. Maybe him startling her with one of his short-cuts or something sans-like. But no. He could thank a couple of mischievous kids for his current situation... Well that and his bad-habit of sleeping everywhere and anywhere. “c’mon, t. don’t leave me hangin’.”
