McCree works at the flower shop they both use, having been adopted by the owner when he was a kid.
Zenyatta is a monk from a nearby temple that occasionally oversees weddings and funerals, doing work as a civil rights activist on the side. While Omnic’s to have rights, they are bare minimum and many people refuse to obey the law. The Omnic uprisings never happened, but tensions are getting higher and one may be about to occur.
Reyes is the veteran that owns the flowershop the brothers frequent, having decided to surround himself with the things that helped him from having a PTSD flashback; flowers.
Morrison is the ex-police chief that decided to open a cafe after his retirement, and maybe gives the flowershop owner a bigger discount than he technically should have.
Ana co-owns the cafe, and oversees all things tea. Morrison is never allowed to touch the tea. Ever.
Fareeha is in charge of the SWAT team and constantly tries to help McCree make flower arrangements, but she’s awful at it and usually ends up braiding spare flowers into McCrees hair instead.
Angela is the Mortician at Genji’s funeral home, having had enough of the strain and stress of surgery and opting for the calmer, quieter life as a Mortician.
Hana is a famous gamer and political activist against corruption.
Lucio is a famous musician and political activist against corruption.
Winston was not the only Ape to escape from the moon, and while his more violent brethren still reside on it, those who left sought quieter lives. He works as a Forensic Analysis Expert for the Police Department.
Mei is Winstons intern, whom he pays generously for her work. It is often assumed that her work is Winstons, but they correct that rather quickly.
Zarya took over Morrison’s position as the Police Chief, and maybe buys Mei treats from her old boss’ cafe more than she should. For how much she distrusts Omnics, however, she still strives to be fair.
Amélie is the veteran sniper who settled for being the Head Detective in a Private Eye firm, and is fiercely in competition with her ex-husband, who is the Head Detective of his own Private Eye firm. No one knows whether or not if they actually hate each other or if it’s just an elaborate form of foreplay.
Reinhardt owns the single most peaceful pub in the entire town, as all he needs to do to break up a fight is flex. He started serving tea when the nice Muslim lady who started frequenting his pub bemoaned not being able to drink anything but water. He hosts gaming and music events, provided they’re small enough to fit in his building.
Jaime is a demolitions expert with a shady past and more money than a self-proclaimed “nobody special” should have, and occasionally called upon by the Police Department if there’s ever an incident with explosives that need to be disarmed.
Mako tails Jaime and dissuades people from asking too many questions, and works at Morrison’s cafe as a Baker.
Sombra is McCree’s adopted sister, and circulates between the flowershop, the funeral home, the wedding planner, the police department, the cafe, and the temple as a “Web Designer”.
Lena owns a delivery service with her girlfriend, and often finds herself transporting packages from Gérard's to Amélie’s and vice versa, and while she never finds out what is in the packages, she often hears either muffled screaming or swearing through the closed doors after she leaves.
Torbjörn owns a repair shop, for anything from cars to Omnics, and while he may be rude and callous to his Omnic customers, he does the best, most meticulous work available, and will defend them if the situation calls for it.
Bastion works for Torbjörn as a janitor and guard, as many of Torbjörn’s supplies are worth quite a lot.
Orisa works for the Police Department, and while she is built for high combat, she prefers to work the crosswalks and ticket illegally parked cars.
Satya is an investigator for Internal Affairs, and does not take kindly that Lucio inadvertently says she has been shirking her duties.
