Was complaining to my coworker (we're close dw lol) about how since I decided to grow my hair out, now that's it's past my shoulders it's making me feel like I look a lot more... Feminine? Especially since my previous haircut was what helped me look for masculine, and accentuated those features. They argued against it, saying it doesn't. And they made a sort of half subconscious comment about how they think it made me look like an anime protagonist.

Cue the kin euphoria.

Especially since this is a comment that has followed me my entire life, I think it's really funny considering most of my known sources tend to be from animated media.

Also!! Today, I had this very obvious tumblerina (is that what we still call ourselves? I'm pretty sure) come in, and they were like "I love your hair! Weird question, do you know about that show The Untamed? It's on Netflix" and then proceeded to tell me that I reminded him Wei Wuxian.

Little does he know!!! I am Wei Wuxian! That's me!

Anyways today has been a great week, and the universe has only given me positive reinforcement for growing my hair out for culture reasons owo
