A New Calamity, Page 63 is up! Chapter 1 • Chapter 2 • Chapter 3
This lesson is for those who have completed Level 1 (or are independently studying and have advanced to Level 2) The Me-Vírdas Alphabet is not official Ninte...
For those who have advanced to Level 2: here is Me-Vírdas alphabet (AKA Modern Gerudo). A modified version of Nintendo’s copyrighted, Gerudo Typography.
This alphabet has been used for Va Ehenív since around 2010 and with full permission from Robert S. Rennie.
Perhaps I may take a risk and make a “Gerudo Typography pronunciation” video (won’t be recycled from the Level 1 video like this one is...all new!)... *snicker * Nintendo didn’t teach you that, did they? They just taught you what each character is versus Roman Alphabet.

Special thank you to Robert S. Rennie for creating Me-Vírdas alphabet used in this video!
[Translation]
Hello! Welcome to “Words every Gerudo should know”.
Well…Gerudos are ALL women. If you don’t consider the “first born male every 100 years”. This is “words EVERY Gerudo should know”. Female AND that “first born male every 100 years”.
So then, here are the words!
First word: Daékkash (Boyfriend)
When a group of Gerudos goes to Hyrule Market…typically, we shop for boyfriends. Steal? No! That’s a lie told by those racist Hyrulians!
Next word: Kast (Valley)
The Valley is where we live. When we “go home”, we prefer to say “the valley”.
Next word: Shéknonsh (Racist person) Every Hyrulian.
Why? Because: we’re prettier than THEIR women! When a Hyrulian says something racist: we shout “Shéknonsh!”
Next word: Koysi (Stylish)
When our new clothes are very pretty. Truthfully…we’re always stylish! New or old clothing. Again: we’re prettier than Hyrulian women!
Next word: Saktbash (Tourist)
It’s any person who travel into our land…male or female.
“Oh, there is another tourist…”
“Should we kill him?”
“No…just threaten him with a lifetime in our prison. That’s bad enough.”
Last word: Kæk! (Cake)
It’s very rare...but, we love to eat cake! Because there is no flour…we use egg whites and honey. Bake for about 1 hour and a half. Put honey on top…and if you have any fruit—like apricots—slice and put on top.
I just gave you a simple, traditional, Gerudo recipe. You’re welcome.
Well, that’s all! Thank you for watching this video! I thank Naha-ésha (or Carmen Perez) for the inspiration for this video!
Good-bye!

Would you like another helping of Gerudo picture lessons?
I tried my best to replicate the kitchen in the Gerudos Fortress. Not very many pictures online--if at all!--of it.
The table setting is based on my hypothesis of the Gerudo’s dietary habits (Ocarina of Time era Gerudos...Breath of the Wild Gerudos seem to have a much more varied diet).
If you would like to read more about it: Gerudo Dietary Habits
Part 4, now with voice acting and subtitles!
SEIZURE TRIGGER WARNING! (from 0:00:10 until 0:00:49)
In this translation: the Gerudo Pirates use Australian slang. Of course, this was only done to further highlight the differences between Terminian Gerudo and Gerudo Valley Gerudo dialects. The differences are mostly in the spelling, pronunciation, syntax, AND slang (Ehenív only...).
I apologise if it is incorrect or offensive...that was not the intent.

Voice work and subtitles added!
Not sure how I’m going to wrap up this little series...however, I have a feeling it might have to do with Ganondorf speaking English (Hylian).
Mirror Universes #2 with voice work AND subtitles.
Literally translated: Ganondorf does speak like Yoda.
Another installment of Ganon in Wonderland!
I had a bit of fun making the hallucination scene. (I promise I was 100% sober whilst making it!)
This is a bit of a long one, but I hope you enjoy it.
Translation:
GAN: [singing] I’m the Great King Ganondorf!
[hallucination intermission]
GAN: Those mushrooms…
GAN: I’m not in Hyrule.
GAN: That lying, old b***…witch!
GAN: Well, I should go to the Pirates’ Hideout.
BOATWOMAN: Are you new here?
BOAT: Because, I’ve never seen you before.
BOAT: Do you have a sister, here? A daughter?
BOAT: You look like a Gerudo, but…
BOAT: I don’t recognise you.
GAN: Just take me to Aveil!
BOAT: Certainly, your highness…*idiot*
[in Hideout]
GUARD: Aveil is this way. Follow me!
GUARD: Captain Aveil…there is someone to see you.
GUARD: He says his name is Ganondorf.
GUARD: And he says he is the King of the Gerudos.
AVEIL: Really now!?
AVEIL: The Gerudo don’t have a ‘king’!
AVEIL: Fool! You just let someone you don’t know into our hideout!?
AVEIL: He could be a member of Termina Law Enforcement!
AVEIL: You cannot allow ANYONE into our hideout!
AVEIL: I don’t care is he is a Gerudo! We could go to prison!
GAN: Captain Aveil…
AVEIL: What is it, ‘King of the Gerudos’?
GAN: I came from Hyrule…
AVEIL: What is this Hyrule you speak about?
AVEIL: Does it have a lot of gold and Rupees?
GAN: Certainly. Actually…I just want to go back there.
GAN: I just want the Land of Hyrule, itself.
AVEIL: Well, somebody is a little greedy…*chuckle*
AVEIL: Listen up, sandy feet!
AVEIL: We’re pirates! We plunder gold and Rupees…little things!
AVEIL: We don’t care about stealing whole countries!
AVEIL: If you want to be a pirate…
AVEIL: You better understand that I am the commander! Not you!
AVEIL: I give the orders around here! Not you!
AVEIL: ‘King of the Gerudos’ or not! You’re in MY fortress, now!
GAN: I don’t want to be a pirate…
AVEIL: Do you want to go to your ‘Hyrule’, sea vomit?
AVEIL: Come with us! You can escort us there. You can use my boat.
GAN: I don’t know how to get there?
AVEIL: Well, isn’t that a shame?
AVEIL: You useless man!
AVEIL: Guard!
AVEIL: Escort this man away from my sight!
GAN: You can’t just do this to The Great King Ganondorf!
GUARD 2: Yes, we can. You have no power, here.
GUARD 2: Come!
[outside of hideout]
GAN: This isn’t over, yet!
