Meatza Pie is a low-carb pizza alternative where the traditional pizza dough is replaced with a flavorful meat crust. It's perfect for those who love meaty goodness and want to skip the carbs.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 lb ground pork. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1/4 cup pepperoni slices. 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced. 1/4 cup red onion, diced. 1/4 cup black olives, sliced. 1 tsp dried oregano. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef and ground pork. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Press the meat mixture onto a pizza stone or baking sheet, forming a thin crust. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the meat crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add pepperoni slices, diced green bell pepper, diced red onion, and sliced black olives as desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is cooked through and the toppings are bubbly and slightly browned. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve your Meatza Pie hot, and enjoy!
