figured out the movie showing at the zinema is called “they came from the comet”!!! it has an English translation on the other side but we didnt see that so its still cool
found out my english teacher is a right winger who “agreed with charlie kirk on a lot of things” :/ luckily tho i found it out thru my classmates arguing loudly with it about him so at least i got woke classmates 👍👍👍
finally watching trigun23 s2 why does it suck ?? s1 had its faults but it was not bad why is stargaze so bad ?????

thinking so hard about alice....
like theres so very little we get to know about her, her personality is "scared little girl" and she doesnt seem to have any wants other than to stay with kara. its so fascinating because all of this is because david cage is incapable of writing women, but the consequences of this incapability is that alice Does Not come across as a deviant!!!
her designed purpose is "act like a human child" which is exactly what she does. logically, her ai would be the same as all the other androids, just with different objectives, so if she gained consciousness and deviated from her code, she would no longer act like a child, but like every other deviant. because shes no different from any of the "adult" androids, shes the same ai in a childs body. but still she acts like a child, she asks for bedtime stories, she naively believes if the humans and androids just talked theyd become friends, she doesnt understand having to do "bad things" to survive (like stealing clothes).
Even her desire, to be with kara, is what she is programmed to think!!!!! kara becomes her mother and alice acts like a child android is programmed to act to their "parent"
literally the only evidence of her being a deviant is the one stormy night ending where she shoots todd to save kara. ONE ending, and one youre unlikely to get because it requires both having the gun and losing the extremely easy fight against todd.
and i get that they did it for narrative purposes and to make the twist make sense but really her being an android just shatters her and karas whole storyline
(its so evil because alice is so cute and before the twist its such a heartwarming story of an android and a human loving eachother as family in the midst of a war between humans and androids, but then theyre like "oh nvm shes also a android^_^" and all of a sudden all you can think about is all the sacrificas you made to keep her warm and fed....)
