It's that time of the week again. It's #MeetUsMonday! In honor of the start of the new semester, this week's bio won't be of a person or even a group. This week our spotlight is on A Cappella Society! Started in 2013, UML A Cappella Society is a club for anyone who loves a cappella music. ACS is headed by President Graham Allen, Vice President David Allen, Treasurer Adam Kaplowitz, and Secretary Camille Gagnon-Fors. This club encompasses and manages five UMass Lowell a cappella groups: Hawkapella (all-male), Vocality (mixed group), Fermata Nowhere (all-female), Hawkettes (all-female), and ACS Choir (non-audition group). A Cappella Society includes both members and non-members of these groups. The purpose of this club is to bring people together and enjoy a cappella music. ACS is always growing and expanding and looking for new members! Keep an eye out every Monday this semester for the spotlight on another ACS member or group 🎶 #uml #umasslowell #acs #acapella #music
