Holding back that Smash salt
New Smash character came out. I’m trying really hard not to be salty. So I’m thinking back to all the awesome characters they did put in Smash (as fully playable characters) through the years and what making it into Smash did for them: Keeping Samus alive in the console generation that had no Metroid games, Introducing Fire Emblem to so many countries outside of Japan with Marth, Giving Pit and Kid Icarus that extra life, restoring Megaman after years of Capcom hating on their old breadwinner post-Infanune’s-exit/Mighty-Number-9, Illustrating to 2nd school Castlevania fans that Castlevania was Fucking Incredible long before Symphony of the Night via Simon Belmont, Showcasing Capcom’s fiercest arcade rival by broadcasting SNK’s original poster boy, Terry Bogard, to the world . . . . . . So much good done for so many series. I’m sad about who was picked. I’m sad about who didn’t make it into this game’s slots. But, I’m glad that this character getting in will make so many folks’ days. I’ll try to remember that the joy this will bring them is the same joy I felt whenever a character that shaped my dreams made it in.

This is not part of the RPG Challenge! It's a gift for @thennecanmusic (my boyfriend ♥), he's making a Megaman tribute and he also plays Monster Hunter so its the perfect combination :D!
Also I wanted to do something with a little bit of color, cause everything I’m posting lately es black and withe lol. The actual armor in game is quite different from this one, but it's because I made a combination between the one in-game, and a early concept I found in the MH4 artbook :3.
Hope you guys like it ♥ -
I absolutely meant the megatarnma in a bad way :)
Good because my first thought was Delphi going down a decent amount earlier in the timeline, and Tarn dragging Pharma into his war era dynamic with Megatron (who, if I've got my math right, would be in his stealth bomber era... god.)
Results vary so much based on when in the timeline this is based in, because that time period before, during, and after Dark Cybertron has a lot of important changes for these three characters
(see: post Tyrest arc Pharma's interactions with post issue 39 Tarn could be SO FUCKING TERRIBLE :D)

La Destrucción de Gama - Mega Man 3 parte 8 final
Let´s talk about... “Mighty No9″
Hello everybody! its been a while since I last posted an entry here, I have been very busy with the university and now that I finally got more time I want to keep talking with you about series and videogames. This time... Mighty No9!!
What happened? after so many delays we only got “something that is better than nothing?”
I have to say that I wasn´t really excited for the game to begin with, I love Megaman games and for my own nostalgia I couldn´t get the idea of a clon like that, I knew it was because of the copyright and that was ok, but the fact that it looked exactly the same, naah I didn´t want to. As the kickstarted progressed and I saw the ideas for the game, not only on characters but on graphics (Unreal Engine!!!) yeah, to tell the truth I was getting excited. The so promised “look” of the game:
When the game reached almost the 4 million dollars it was a boom, I couldn´t believe that game had so much money to work with, it had to be a great game! come on! And after so many delays the game started to look less promising, his own creator: Keiji Inafune was trying so hard to make a new megaman, that suddenly he ended up trying to make a “not so megaman game”? What just happened? why is mighty No9 such a fail? Ok first of all lets think about something... When Keiji Inafune left Capcom, he said that he wanted to make his own games and that capcom didn´t want to. The only thing I can think of is “Megaman legends 3″. So far Keiji wanted to make that game, it was his favorite side-series. When the idea of Red ash came I could only think on the fact: wait... if Keiji is making Legends again, what about mighty? yeah... maybe he will use the money of mighty to make Red ash”. I don´t say its true, but its the only thing I can come to, what just happened to the 4 million? how can a game with so much money be like that? How is Red ash still in development? (a chinese console supporter called Fuze, yeah sure) How can it have such fails in graphics made in Unreal Engine? how can the characters look so bad that they don´t even move their mouths while talking? that voice acting? But wait... the gameplay is not that bad... I mean it can be adictive right? But Its not megaman! it has to be megaman its a spiritual successor... No maybe its not?
The principal problem with Mighty No9 its the confusion of its own nature... Not even Keiji can tell if it was supposed to be a Megaman game or not. It tries too hard to be the same but at the same time tries to be different. Obviously this ends up confusing the players, sometimes we want a megaman game, but at the same time want something new. We want to jump and shoot, but we want new playable characters with different gameplays. In the end... what can I say about Mighty No9? Well as my point of view, this:
The characters are exactly the same, Beck and Call even have the same names as Rock and Roll only with a Kanji being changed. Doctor Light? Doctor White? Even the introduction of the game is exactly the same.
The graphics are a complete fail, it was so promising with Unreal engine and ended up looking as Ps2 graphics, crappy and not finished.
The voice acting.... there´s noting more to say
The gameplay is ok but with problems with the super powered dash that can even avoid platforms.
I can´t say more about it, its not what we wanted, its not worth the $20, it can be addictive but lets be realistic, the money of the kickstarter compared to that... lets just hope games like Yooka-Laylee and Bloodstained don´t mess up like that... What do you think? This is my opinion, what is yours?
