Corin Roddick and Megan James have been making sweet electronic pop as Purity Ring for 15 years. And on their fourth studio album (and first in half a decade) — an eponymous LP with an evolving sound that dropped back in September — they’ve been getting some of the best reviews of their career: “A glorious triumph of soulful electronica, it’ll make your world feel like a richer place, full of hope, wonder and connection,” offers Clash. And last night that new music made everyone at Brooklyn Steel happily dance.
