PRIMER: No Shine Mattifier @quickfxph hindi ito ang unang primer na na-try ko... it's my first time using it and I've been loving it... I'm using this primer if my foundation is not matte finish... it really helps mattifies my skin when i'm using BB Creams and my Milani Foundation...
