Yes the gemstone is in the undercity, yes Jayce’s hextech notebook was stolen, yes the engineering was better than Jayce expected, yes she knows Harold (a guard) by name so most likely got the info from other guards, yes she told Ambessa she sponsored Hextech to protect the city, yes she told Ambessa that the process [making weapons] was to protect the city from people like her mom …but that means absolutely nothing!!
