I give you a God of Melancholy!
He's here to accompany the same world and set up as The Scorpion Goddess He also has the ability to make fog come from his mouth. Fog and melancholy just seem to go together. He's wearing furs because I imagine the weather just becomes cold and lonely whenever he is around. He had a boyfriend who got turned into a malevolent spirit... the boyfriend has much more story thought up than this dude does, though. Also his appearance was loosely inspired by an air genasi from the D&D books. Here are two songs I associate with him. The singers are probably what his voice sounds like, too.
