i want to go to cho tet this week but i can't because i won't have any money because i would've spent all my money already by then and my mom thinks i still have all my cny money but i won't so she won't give me any money on the day and you can't go to a festival with no money ;~;

before entering my home i had to call my mum and ask if it was ok to go inside because according to her the first person to step on your property after 12:00am on chinese newyears will bring bad/good luck or something, i have no idea.
