hello, people! 

it’s time for the monthly event! where would humanity be without music? it’s such a significant part of our lives that we couldn’t imagine life without it-- it’s basically poetry with a beat.

so, why not use music as inspiration? your task is to write whatever you want— poetry, prose, short stories, etc.— based upon a song of your choice. you must write ten lines minimum for poetry, 100 words minimum for prose and a short story. don’t forget to include what song you used as inspiration too!
