HI EVERYONE, i'm back to my daily breakfast posts hehe. I just finished my five days of feeding myself on $2 a day! I've learnt SO much from food choices to self-discipline. Oh and I uploaded a little YouTube vid, sharing a bit of my week (link in bio). Check it out if you're free and let me know waht you think 😬😬 || OK, So first off ➡ IT FEELS SOOOOO GOOD to be eating green again! Oh how I missed my regular variety of nutrients the last five days... Here I have GREEN BANANA-ICECREAM 《6 frozen bananas, a couple handfuls of kale, 1 heaped teaspoon of @uniquemuscleofficial SuperGreens Blend and a few packets of @yourtea matcha powder》topped with cacao nibs, buckinis and chia seeds. I also had toast with pb/raspberries & avo/chilli/lime. I'm vvvvvv low on fresh produce so i'll be going on a huge GROCERY HAUL tomorrow! 😄 Very excited for that. NEXT thing to bring up, for the next few weeks i'll be monitoring my food intake and trying to cut down my body fat percentage.
