Bohemian Rhapsody: What is your favorite song of all time?

this is gonna be total cliché, but i really do think it’s bohemian rhapsody. it just gets me in that special way, and the layers and complexity is so incredible. it’s a geniusly crafted piece, and anyone who says people are basic when naming this their favorite can fight me in the ikea parking garage.

Queen II: Do you think there are two different sides to your personality?

oh i think there are a billlion sides to my personality. but i think no one has one set personality. we kind of adapt our way of carrying ourselves depending on our surroundings, and the people we talking to.

In Only Seven Days: Favorite day of the week?

whatever day i have a song lesson. that’s usually tuesday. it’s even better when it’s on a wednesday cause then i have both song lesson and yoga in one day, and it’s so therapeutic.

Death on Two Legs: One thing people do that drives you crazy?

there are a lot of things that drives me crazy about other people, but what really ticks me off, is whenever people do something that complete disregards other people. whether it’s not using your fucking blinker in traffic, or being rude to service employers. kindness and consideration costs zero, and it takes no time. it’s not that hard, folks.

Red Special: Do you play an instrument/sing?

i do. i have been singing my whole life, but have been with the same teacher for solo lessons for 7 or 8 years. i am looking for the right guitar teacher, though. i got a great one just collecting dust in my living room, and it makes me sad that it’s not being used.

Seaside Rendezvous: If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would it be?

i wanna go literally everywhere. i have been a lot of amazing places already, and i feel so blessed for that, but i just wanna see every tiny corner of the world. our world is beautiful, and i just wanna experience it all.

oh gee. thank you so much. these questions are so great!

1. favourite place in your country?

there’s this part of copenhagen that’s called the latin neighborhood, where basically all the alternative lifestyles meet. it’s filled with tattoo/piercing parlors, vegan cafés, super cool thrift stores, gay bars, green political party hqs, punk clothing stores, vinyl record stores, bohemian cafés, all kinds of stuff. i love that place. it’s always welcoming and warm. the atmosphere is amazing.

13. does your country (or family) have any specific superstitions or traditions that might seem strange to outsiders?

it’s hard to think of something, because if there are stuff like that i might not even know it’s weird to others because i grew up with it, you know? so to me it’s just how it is. denmark as a people aren’t overly religious, so religious superstitions isn’t really a thing, and we don’t do a lot in folklore either. we’re pretty boring when it comes to that.

the only thing i can really think of is that in the dungeons of kronborg - the castle of hamlet - there’s a huge ass statue of holger danske, who has been a hero mentioned in tales and sonets and stuff like that since the 12. century. the legend says that he is asleep, and if our nation is ever under attack he will wake up to save us.

22. what makes you proud about your country? what makes you ashamed?

i’ve always been pretty proud of how socially progressive we have been. we had the first same sex marriage in the world, and we were some of the first with gender reassignment surgeries. we also don’t have happenings with hate crimes against any minority group the way it’s being reported from other countries. sadly, the government we have now are complete assholes who are treating refugees inhumanly, and keep taking money from areas like mental illness, the elder care etc. and they are constantly working to make the divide between the poor and others bigger. not to mention that they deny that denmark has actually poor people (lies.) and they keep trying to make conditions for students worse. there are a lot of things about this government that makes me ashamed; but the treatment of refugees makes me cry.

okay ima edit this in. im also pretty fucking proud of our viking roots. like, the vikings were so damn progressive as well. both with technologies in engineering of machines of the time, but also in terms of having female warriors and effeminate men. the vikings are always talked about as wilf savages robbing and raping left and right, but they were artistic and amazing storytellers through everything from music to stories and paintings. they were soulful, socially conscious and caring people. i love my viking roots, and i really hope i will have the chance to learn more about them at some point soon.

6: Do you like the beach?

i do, i just don’t go in the water because i can’t swim. also i would never in my life put on a bathing suit omg. but i love the sea and the sand and the vibe of the beach. when i lived with my dad i used to ride my bike there to sit and write and just chill.

8: What’s the background on your cell?

13: Would you rather visit a zoo or an art museum?

damn don’t put me on the spot like that. i love both. but i guess i would say the zoo if i absolutely had to pick.

- um. i definitely believe that i am very caring, and i always do my best to see all sides of a case before forming an opinion. i also manage to cut off people when they are no good for me.

- i just answered this here [x] but i also am passionate about books and nature and travelling.

Green Witch: Do you have a garden? Plants?

- i live on the second floor in an apartment building, so i can’t have an actual garden. there is a view big green area from my living room, though, where some huge beautiful trees are, and i have my living room filled with different kind of plants. i buy new plants almost every time i’m in ikea (which is a lot bc it’s literally two minutes from where i live), and i do my best to keep fresh flowers in vases a lot. i love plants a lot.
