Cool down this Memorial Day weekend with the Peach Coconut Rum Cooler. To make this drink: blend 3 oz Rum, 2 oz Coconut Cream, 1 oz Simple Syrup, 1 Pitted Peach, and 2 cups of ice. Blend at high speed until well mixed and thick, about 45 seconds.
