Hades, before Zagreus was born, was so shaken by the idea that our child would be no bigger than the palm of his hand—he was worried he’d accidentally crush him or something. It was adorable.

I was incredibly unwell while pregnant with Zagreus, I almost died because of it, but I was stubborn as ever and determined to have a baby, and in spite of everything, I don’t regret that decision one bit.
