This young man...he has my ❤️ for sure. It has been so interesting watching and following all that took place on GMA and the incredible responses by so many amazing male dancers. I have read several of the posts and responses to him and we have watched clips together. Travis has had his fair share of backlash- yet he is still young- who knows what may come down the pike. What absolutely kills me are the grown men who make snide remarks in public or people who have literally said to Scott “you let your wife let your son dance?” People STOP judging! #juststopit I had a talk with my dancers tonight about staying true to who they are and not to worry about the opinions or judgements of others. Dance is an art form requiring insane athleticism. I know I am biased-but Travis can MOVE! I am so grateful for all those who have spoken into his life and the training he is getting through dance. I find it interesting too that when a girl tries a male dominated sport or activity- she is hailed a hero and a trailblazer. Though men have danced for hundreds of years- why is it OK to poke fun or look down upon them?
