Menudo Blanco. I keep ordering it to see if someone make it good & I’m always disappointed. It’s always red, needs more salt, too greasy or no hominy. I finally made some my self and it’s “Delicious” Just like my mom use time make it 😊 Brings back memories from getting up early to make it, the stinky smell & the plesiosaur of taking the 1st spoon full of Menudo.
