Then I think it’s a little unfair to your partner because I see my boyfriend regularly and dedicate a healthy amount of my week to him so neither of us believes he’s entitled to every ounce of my free time. I work full time, and I have to balance all the things I want to do in life around what little free time I get and hanging out with my boyfriend is not the only thing on my list of things I wanna do because my boyfriend is not the center of my universe. Why on earth would I dedicate every free second of my life to him that makes zero sense lol if I decide to spend one of my days off catching up on a game I enjoy instead of spending it with him, that is perfectly fine. And honestly, if he ever thought I shouldn’t be allowed to do that, I’d take that as a sign that maybe the relationship itself isn’t as healthy as I thought
