Kris, my Social Media Manager at @AjarTech, has suggested that I start vlogging to give us some better video content. I'm deciding what topics to include. Thinking that a survey of the CEO's life is pretty cool, and that talking about my concerns at each point in the company are a great way to humanize the endeavor. Gotta avoid making it too dramatic though- most of my concerns right now are with the social media stuff. It's so nebulous! And it costs to do properly. Properly in this case means according to a set schedule, testing to find the proper iteration schedule, constantly revising our strategy and tactics based on what we're seeing traction from, and generally being okay with the Social Media Manager doing what she does best even if that doesn't seem like what you want done. Examples? I'm not a professional editor and yet my brain _insists_ I could phrase our social media posts better! I want to tell her to use more hashtags and @ replies, but I am self aware enough to know that if she used more I would be telling her to use less. I want more conversations and as long as they aren't happening I'll be convinced that it's something in every post that could fix it. Because people are dumb like that. It's like some variant of the [fundamental attribution error](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fundamental_attribution_error)- you always think that you should/could do the thing you're looking at better when things aren't going as well as you'd like. Anyway, expect some vlogs from me soon on topics like this. I'll chat a bit about starting companies and networking as well, I could talk about that stuff all day
