“I won’t give you anything less than that.” Kuroko replied, smile still on his mouth as he shifted over to nudge another gentle kiss to his favorite pair of lips in the world, tugging lightly on the ends of the scarf whilst adjusting himself to rest comfortably in his new position. “Merry Christmas, Taiga-kun. I hope um, this is the first of many Christmases that we’ll share together.”

Himuro couldn’t help the smile spreading across his face, not when he felt so happy and Kagami looked it as well, his smiles were always pretty contagious, even now. He had to agree, it was...rather enjoyable. It was just as fun as before, but now with their feelings out in the open, it was a bit different, but that didn’t mean he wasn’t going to pass up the opportunity to tease the younger boy.

“Inviting me to your place so soon Taiga? That’s a rather bold thing of you to ask on a first date. Is that something Alex told you? Or maybe one of your teammates? I’m not so sure we should be moving that fast, even if we’ve known each other for so long.” He grinned, it was always cute to see Kagami flustered, he wasn’t going to let that opportunity pass now.

“It’s really that bad? I never knew...” Maybe Kagami was jumping to some conclusions, though now that Kiyoshi looked back upon it, his wording could’ve been better on the subject matter or could’ve been more specific. After all, he was only inviting Kagami over for some tea since it seemed to be so cold outside and the tea room that he’d been thinking of bringing his underclassman to was filled with people. Kiyoshi rubbed his chin again for another long minute.

“C-Captain…?!” Holy shit, had Kagami met up with Hyuuga-senpai from fucking Grindr? “…Hyuuga-senpai, you use those kinda apps?! –Uh, sir!”

“N-no!” Okay, well. yeah. “Well, not usually. Kiyoshi told me I should download it and try it and --” Hold on a minute. “...Kagami, what the hell are you doing using that app? A-and don’t call me sir! We’re...on...a date, I guess, it’s weird!”

“You make it sound as though this won’t happen again, Kagami-kun.” There certainly had been some first date awkwardness, neither of them really wholly aware of what to do on any date- let alone a first one but as the night went on, getting to know his partner and light in a different way had only left the warmth of affection in his chest.
