Painted @pangur-and-grim 's pet sloth demon, Belphegor! Was originally trying to stick to a renaissance style (hence the outfit), but once i got to the eyes I stopped trying to stick to one style. Did a lot of experimenting with this to get the colours I needed. Fun fact, red is not a primary colour when it comes to paint, if you want saturated purples you need to use magenta instead of red. Works like a charm.

Some other important characters in WotRR! They're the only other characters who have their ref sheets (besides Petalpaw) finished so I figured I'd post them now.

SilkClan apprentice, Oleanderpaw, they/them. Born to a kittypet named Juniper, they were found in the forest after their mother was ravaged by dogs. Taken in by Snakeswirl and Viperwillow to be raised alongside their child, Patchpaw. Patchpaw and Oleanderfang are the main characters of SilkClan's story, so I won't spoil much.

Former RustClan leader, Mudmouth, he/him. Known as Mudstar to everyone but RustClan, as they know what he did. Mate to Dustfleck, father to Maggotkit, and (begrudgingly) adoptive father to Paternosterkit. He is a terrible person. I haven't finalized his StarClan design, so that will come once I've redrawn it.

RustClan kit, Maggotkit, he/they. Son to Mudmouth and Dustfleck, adoptive son to Petuniasurge. Despite his father's abuse, he goes through life as if he is the happiest cat in the world. He and Paternosterkit are the main characters of RustClan's story, so I won't spoil it here.

RustClan kit, Paternosterkit, any pronouns. Biological child of kittypets Angel and Leche, but was adopted by Dustfleck and later Petuniasurge. Angel and Leche are both still alive so don't worry about them! Paternosterkit was very sick at birth, so they were given to Petuniasurge as they knew clan cats had medicine. Old enough to remember more of Mudmouth's abuse, they are generally very skittish and tend to hide themself away from others.
