@MetLife @cooperunion #SteveKandarian @MLStadium @metlifeblimp #SteveKandarian #KillMetLife "At metlife we make life matter" The longer they hold out not renegotiating Cooper Union's Predatory Loan, the more their plans to fight "too big to fail" in order to file ch xi gets thrown into the limelight.
Unsurprisingly, #MetLife is the first to censor me on linkedin since I made this tumblr blog. MetLife & CEO Steve Kandarian go through great pains at deleting any mention of the Cooper Union Loan negotiated with then board chairman Ron Drucker that cripples the long tuition free university. Which is a very very bad move.. MetLife is also actively engaged in fighting their designation as "too big to fail" ( http://mobile.reuters.com/article/idUSKBN0NX01920150512 ) so that they can file chapter xi and sell their assets cheaply on the books with kickbacks off the books all at the expense of taxpayers. Simply put, MetLife is too conceited to want as much as $25B in bailout money to be on the table for them. They would sooner crash the economy for personal gain as Lehman Brothers did in 2008.. Rather than cover these plans, MetLife is aggressively deleting any mention of (instead of renegotiating) the predatory loan they gave to Cooper Union in 2006. MetLife needs to adapt to 2015 life, where social media trumps PR. If MetLife is systematically important & they are trying desperately to fail, there's no reason the board couldn't be fired by government. (side note: the 3rd photo is a link mishap -they happen. though i found the lack of ability to tag "US Securities and Exchange Commission" unfortunate.. linkedin's UI is normally pretty solid and this blog is about calling out those who delete posts that have merit, not calling out linkedin/facebook UI..) (the 4th photo contains 2 comments about how Obama is a war criminal. MetLife chose not to delete these comments)
