hey, tags! making this post for an interest check on a brand new original roleplay that will be hosted on mewe (boo, we know). the only thing is, we are having trouble coming up with (more like sticking to) a concept and general idea, and have no clue what people would like to see. but, that is where you all come in! we'd love to hear what all of you would want and like in an oc; from concept, rules, activity, everything. so, we will be taking suggestions in our inbox until january 24th, 2026. we might close it sooner if we start to get a general idea of what to do, so we will let you all know when and if that happens!
hear us out really quick, though. there are some concepts, a few if you will, that we won't be taking any suggestions on, as we feel these are often the most popular in oc in general. this is just our preference! those concepts are as listed:
dating show, reality tv, or project show concepts. we wish to keep our distance from these. we also would like something long lasting.
horror, or thriller related concepts (to an extent). while there have been great ideas over the months (even years) with these concepts, they aren't for us.
company/entertainment agency concepts.
full supernatural world concepts; vampires, werewolves, fairies, etc.
to get an idea of what we would like and are open to, we are open to taking suggestions surrounding these themes:
beach/seaside towns - we think these would be nice, some slice of life, and fun.
any slice of life concept, really, including those that involve dark and mature themes (as long as they are not heavy).
before we sign off, we just want to say that we will not post any asks that are hateful, have strong language, or are negative in any way. we only want to harbor a safe space for everyone and let people share freely. with that, we can't wait to hear from you!
