Inktober 5/31 I decided to do an herb or spice for every letter of the alphabet, but I didn't know of any for E. My searches turned up this little fella, Epazote (eh-pah-ZOH-teh). It's native to Central America. Fun fact: the name "epazote" derives from epote meaning disagreeable or foul, and epazotal, meaning sweat.
