The knots in wood are often seen as flaws. That is the point where the wood is weaker but also where the nail seldom goes in straight. Pine and cheap wood used to make pallets is full of knots. I love how they look and try to put a good knot in every item, when possible I position one right in the middle of the top plank, where a buckle, snap button or even logo might be. The "flaw" is my natural trademark and the name is mantovano, written so people far from Mantua might say it more or less as locals do: Algropdelein.
