Day number 10 of #75hard! The starting photo is when I started the first time, I had to skip a day working out, so I restarted the following day, hence why the dates don’t add up, but my original photo still counts. I can definitely see a difference, and I’m enjoying seeing the changes in these progress photos. They’re not “pretty”, but they show someone literally working their ass off. Doing my daily reading for #75hard. Day number 8 for #75hard! I travelled to Chicagoland this weekend. I kept up with my diet, reading, and workouts so things are going pretty fantastic overall. I do however hate this pic that I took at the gym Sunday morning. I’m not sure why this one bothers me when the others don’t, but feeling disgusted with how I look can make me want to quit, or make me want to fight harder. I’m making the choice to let this push me forward to fight through this the same way I fight through the tough days with my business. I will finish this and ultimately be a lot better off. I know some people don’t like that I find myself disgusting, but how can you be successful in anything without recognizing a problem and working hard to fix it. I don’t always feel this about myself, but today was one of those days. I have so much drive, ambition, strength, and confidence (well, in all except one area). - - I’m trying to be open, authentic, and share this journey with you. Day number 5 of #75hard! - I forgot to take a picture inside again! Yes, I am wearing a dress, I brought my workout pants, but forgot a t-shirt. So I did my workout anyway. I knew better than to go to Walmart, because I wouldn’t have gone back. So here’s to sticking to it, no matter what you’re wearing. Day number 4 of #75hard! It was really tough to get into the gym today for my 2nd workout. Sometimes female issues just really fight your willingness to do anything. I made it though and it was a good workout.
