Life in the pleasant world of Sims couldn’t possibly get any worse. The Romeo-West household has lost one of their children in a tragic accident and the notorious Vladislaus Straud has found a way to keep his legacy growing. To make things worse, people are becoming processed in the world of StrangerVille. Will there be an end to all of this madness or will it keep growing?

Wow this took me at least half a year to get done, but here it is! Version 2.0 of my save file is here! Please let me know if there’s anything wrong so then I can try to fix it. Some of the lots I didn’t touch (Ancient Ruins, Von Haunt Estate, Lighthouse) because I felt they would fine as is. Others I only renovated and some of original Townie houses. The rest are completely built by me. There’s no CC, however I used lots of packs for this. If you don’t have all of the packs, just replace/change whatever is missing. 

Don’t forget to turn lifespan back on! I had it disabled while working on this so then no one would age up.

This update includes:

the obvious, Del Sol Valley and StrangerVille

10 new households living in lots, (Note: the “ Friends With Benefits” household lives in Willow Creek in the cabin district. I forgot to mark them down on the overview of Willow Creek) and 6 new households not living on a lot (Note: Mario Benedetti is the landlord in San Myshuno do not play with him unless if you want a new landlord)

two new non-residential lots in Willow Creek

an almost fully updated Willow Creek, consisting of: a cabin district, a suburban district, non-residential/downtown districts and the rich/classy district

a new restaurant in Newcrest that replaced the “stripper bar”

a less populated Windenburg: the Andersons, a rambunctious household, have suddenly vanished. With new plans in mind, the Spencer-Kim-Lewis family moved onto their lot and made a brand new house

Forgotten Hollow has a few new members to the community

Del Sol Valley gets the makeover it deserves

StrangerVille makes room for three new households

How to Install:

2. Place the file in: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves

Before you place this in here, backup your saves!

3. Start up your game and enjoy!

Hospital Renovation

I decided to bulldoze the hospital that originally comes with Get To Work and start all over! This hospital combines old with the new. Part of the building that was originally there remains on the side, with it’s Victorian windows wrapping around the building. The rest of the building was remodeled, with some spots in the building that are still under maintenance. The staff wanted to make sure that the hospital was kid-friendly and a space where they can save lives one operation at a time!

This lot includes:

a waiting area by the check-in desks

play area for toddlers and children

cafeteria for your Sims to sit and eat

two surgery rooms

maternity room for your expecting sims

work space for your Doctors and Nurses to run tests

garden area to reflect on life

Announcement

I've been trying to downsize my personal accounts etc., and through that process I realized that it would include the removal of access to the save file (does anyone even play sims anymore after the buyout?) + the YouTube channel that I used to upload trailers, etc.

Since the most recent update to the save file was the MG Overhaul 5.0, I'll find a way to reupload it (though it may take awhile)

I was also working on a separate save file that was build focused, so maybe when I feel like it's in a good spot to release I'll upload both of them then 🤷‍♀️ only time will tell

Preview of the Next Update!

I’m not entirely sure when this next update will come out, considering how we may be getting a new Pack soon (hoping for new worlds 🤞 🤞 ). Until then, here’s a couple pictures of the Mitsuzaki household’s new backyard!

FutureSim Labs

The FutureSim Labs is located in the depths of nowhere, situated somewhere between Oasis Springs and StrangerVille. Those who are permitted to work at such a facility are allowed to enter with the help of electronic keys. Sure, it looks like an abandoned military base. But what’s on the outside isn’t what it may seem on the inside.....

This build will be featured in the next update of the MiraculousGems Save File! Until then, you can find this build on The Gallery by typing in my Origin ID (Ladybug_Gems) or by searching FutureSim Labs “Reno” in the search bar! My inspiration with the FutureSims Labs was Area 51 since it’s in the middle of nowhere and it’s like a lab hidden from society. I hope you enjoy the lot and all of it’s creepiness!
