Just realizing I've only been suicidal the last week and a half or so because my period came early and, by extent, my PMDD

Maybe being suicidal for no reason for a week isn't normal for you, but it's my norm, and my therapist who also has PMDD says it's normal as long as I monitor it. It's not connected to my mental state at all it's just my hormones going haywire lol
