Here are the stickers I'm planning on making. I can only order them in packs of 10, and I am but 1 person, so that means YOU can have some! If I get enough people who would like one (vote here) I'll be selling them for $3.00 each
I'm planning on sending some to Brent Miller (Zane's voice actor) and Michael Adamthwaite (Jay's voice actor) as a bit of fan mail.
(If you've seen some of Brent's vids, you probably already know that he likes Slurpees. Hence, the last sticker. 😂)
WAR FOR THE PLANET OF THE APES (2017) dir. Matt Reeves
“plasmashipping is top tier” i say into the mic.
the crowd boos. i begin to walk off in shame, when a voice speaks and commands silence of the room.
“he’s right” they say. i look for the owner of the voice. there in the fifth row stands: vincent tong himself with michael adamthwaite nodding beside him.

As a lover of Ninjago and the Arrowverse, I love this
i love realizing the versatility of some voice actors. Still amazed that Michael Adamthwaite has such an eclectic vocal range. Jay on Ninjago, Namor and Justin Hammer in animated Marvel shows in the 2000s. It's amazing that he has the range to do a very silly character in jay but then bust out the shakespearean intensity for something like namor. It amazes me, honestly.
There's some other actors who really have a big range. Scott McNeil impresses me with him being able to do Clouse, Nadakhan and a whole range of others as well. But then you do have some voice actors who have unique voices I find I pick up on easier. Like Ian James Corlett, who I can pick out pretty easily. His work on Ninjago is really fun, too.
You know, I'm realizing that a lot of Canadian cartooons and american ones too get recorded in the vancouver area. Ian James Corlett, Kathleen Barr, Vincent Tong, and more show up in lots of shows throughout my childhood. It's interesting to notice that stuff, honestly. I'm also kind of amazed that Fugi-Dove has the same actor as teenage Tony Stark in Iron Man: Armoured Adventures. Very tonally different roles, I'd say. But same actor. I always find these connections neat.
PS: Paul Dobson is Sensei Wu and Flintlocke. I didn't even know. Wow. That's incredible range too.
