This sort of thing was almost routine for her. Every time she dared to step out of her home, there was a 50/50 chance of gettin ambushed by assasins sent to take care of her. Most of the time she avoided them, snuck back to the safety of her home and waited until she didn’t see them crawling the streets to find her.
Other times, she would be forced to fight them. And today was no different, other than the fact that the assasins managed to get many good hits on her before she took them out. However, she soon felt dizzy due to the hits they got on her head, and bloodloss, and she quickly collapsed.
Of course, she wouldn’t notice the stranger approaching the scene before picking her up to take her away. Not until she woke up slowly, trying to regain conciousness to go home and mend her wounds.
Wait— what was holding her up?
A groan of pain was heard before she shifted slightly, looking up at the stranger. They didn’t seem human, not at first glance, but they also didn’t look like your typical omnic. Strange..
They were probably moving her to a different place to finish her off. They’ve got to be anoher assasin, right? Right??
Her voice was both filled with fear and pain, knowing she was too beated up to fight, and her bow wasn’t even with her now.
