Our mighty hunters doing their best. Now you know why I didn't fill the Easter eggs with candy. They're having enough of a challenge with the strawberry bits in plain sight! 😅

Guinevere the Mighty Hunter made a mighty attempt to bring me the umicorm blanket. She tugged it left, she tugged it right, but it did not shift or come free. Eventually, Guinevere proudly laid over her gift, as if the length of her body made up the distance she had attempted to bring the blanket.

Later, after Gwyn had forgotten everythiing but her pride in the gift, Gwyn was found laying on the umicorm blanket most of the evening.

She is a proud, proud mighty hunter.

Cat Update: Mighty Hunter

Reeses the Large Floof has taken to capturing prey, and yowling for me to congratulate her.

She is an indoor cat, so her options are limited.

Today she caught a Squirtle, her biggest catch yet.

(The fact that she hauled it in from the room that’s Mischief the Kitten’s territory just makes it a more exciting hunt.)

I gave her praise and scritches for her hunting prowess.
