[Thought I would refine the design from that time, so this came out ouo,,]

[Office AU] [plot & setting] (This is a collab AU with Mune-chan)

Tadatsugu: - Ieyasu’s assistant in the office. Also doubles as his bodyguard and personal butler at home. - The Sakai family had been serving the Tokugawa family for generations. So Tadatsugu, as its new head, continues the tradition and had been sticking to Ieyasu since he was young. They were brought up together. - Ieyasu sees him as a dependable elder brother.

- The Tokugawa was quite a prosperous and important family, so lots of danger tend to come the head’s way, whether it be kidnappings for ransom or murder attempts. The Sakai are there to prevent them from actually happening. - So far, they had succeeded in assassinating both Ieyasu’s grandfather and father. Ieyasu himself had been kidnapped several times when he was young*, so Tadatsugu’s father was extremely worried, telling Tadatsugu to train well and be extra careful so he can carry out his duties properly. [*historical reference. It actually happened and Ieyasu had a pretty tough life <x’DD] - As a result, Tadatsugu works extra hard and could do quite a variety of things well. He tends to be overprotective towards Ieyasu sometimes, and might become paranoid when they were separated for some time. Ieyasu wanted him to trust him more.

- Tadatsugu sings and dances well, pursuing it as a hobby when he was younger. But dropped it so he can assist Ieyasu better. Ieyasu told him to continue doing what he likes, but he would refuse. - Always polite around people and quite easy to get along with.

[Office AU] (collab AU with Mune-chan) Two huge companies located on opposite sides of a huge street in the middle of the city, the Tokugawa to the East side and the Ishida to the West, were in a never ending competition to seize the market ever since the fall of the gigantic Toyotomi Corporation. They continuously compete to get the best workers and make the best products for the city. Aside from that, bosses and members have to help each other get through stress and daily life problems OuO,,

Notes: - the street in the middle is called the Sekigahara Street :D - Masamune is the East side’s new recruit. - Mune-chan and I actually made a Zombie Apocalypse AU with this setting o.O;; Happening on the day Masamune is supposed to get a promotion, the two companies were forced to work together to survive @u@

Ieyasu: - CEO of the Tokugawa Corporation. - Tadatsugu usually tails him around.

- One of the two kids adopted and trained by Hanbei in the past (the other being Mitsunari), as he saw potential in them. - Ieyasu was trained as one of the potential heirs to the Toyotomi Corporation. But after knowing that they were planning to control the entire city through the market, decided to break off, bringing the entire Toyotomi Corp. down in the process. [Hanbei died of illness. Hideyoshi passed away in the process.] He works for himself now. - Mitsunari, who’s always thankful and loyal to the Toyotomi (especially its boss Hideyoshi), was enraged by this and wanted revenge. Deciding to compete against Ieyasu with the wish of eventually bringing back the Toyotomi.

- Although the Tokugawa markets various products, they focus a lot on communication systems and devices. Ieyasu had always liked the connection between people and would love to bring the people of the city closer together if he could. He believes that communication is the key to a good development for the entire city. [On the other hand, the Ishida side had more varied products, although furniture and electronics seemed to be the main part since they have both Motochika and Motonari working for them. Yoshitsugu is good at reading the market and will ask Mitsunari to aim for the current trends.]

- Ieyasu is generally caring about his workers. So evening dinners/drinks together were quite common. He would also do his best talk to each one personally and maintain a good relationship with them :3 - Kind of still feels guilty for the whole Toyotomi thing and sorry for Mitsunari. He was reminded of it every time he looked to the other side of the street from his office room.

Ah! Someone posted a pic of Ieyasu's full new clothes design *A* When I saw that screenshot of just the top half, I thought that it's gonna be Toyotomi!Ieyasu, too. But yesterday Mune-chan pointed out that rather than that, the colouring is probably based on Yoshiteru's roulette, considering it's the main thing in this game. Makes lots of sense IMO, considering the alternating red & black o___O (although I'll still question why they put it on Ieyasu, instead of anyone else)

Either way, getting really excited for this new installment! Will look forward to it *___*

Headcanon of what actually happened in Tadakatsu's SB3 ending ouo,,;;; Mainly because your general suddenly disappearing without telling a single person in the army + Ieyasu's awesome habit of blaming himself for everything is quite something~ =u=,,
