hello! inspired by the terror fic should still be tagged as the terror, because the terror itself is rooted in historical speculation already. it is not historical rpf because you're not talking about the actual historical people. hope this helps!
hi anon! i appreciate this but all of the information i used for said fic was based entirely in historical information, the only inspiration from the terror was which characters i focused on and the style/vibe of the whole thing. i was in fact very deliberately writing historical rpf because it was for an original writing contest at my university. if you still think i should take the tag off, i will, but i also posted that fic ages ago and was fairly clear in the notes about all of this—i apologize that i wasn’t more clear in my tags but i wasn’t expecting anyone to read too much into it! i was also fairly confident that i wasn’t the person being vagued in the post so i didn’t think about it too hard haha
