It wasn't that long ago that Sunday mornings meant a long slow run in preparation for a half marathon. As a member of @hogwartsrunningclub I raised just over a dollar thanks to @charitymiles for @girlupcampaign excuses, weight gain, a very busy time at work and a loss of fitness level has meant I'm back at week 1 of the c25k.
