An unusual abundance of pauropods. Pauropods are eyeless, minute (~1mm) soil myriapods (they are a sister group to millipedes and centipedes). They have a cosmopolitan distribution but are seldom seen, owing to their size and reclusive habit. Their ghostly appearance, wispy antennae, and unique start-and-stop locomotion make them very cute.
You know back when I was still dating and stuff before my boyfriend, I tried the Facebook dating thing and I met this guy and he frickin LOVED bugs and like he was sending a bunch of voice memos talking about bugs and he was telling me the difference between millipedes and centipedes and stuff (which I forgot sorry bug boy) and tbh I wonder what he's up to and I should have kept in contact with him (platonically) like he would have been a fun friend to have. He also kinda looked like Milo from Atlantis which I found very fitting for his personality. Anyways Bug Boy I hope you're doing well and became like an entomologist or something 🫡🐛🐌🦟🪲🦗🐜🐝🐞🦋✨
