If anybody is needing any help with getting their supply up I recommend trying @milkymama. Their cookies helped me get my supply up when my daughter hit 6 months young and my supply started to dip due to starting solids.

So, today me and my chunky Chloe we’re out and about and I almost forgot to grab my lactation cookies. These cookies are great tasting, individually wrapped so I can take them on the go and they sure to help my milk supply go up. These are the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies from @Milkymama which I recommend for anybody with a low supply of milk or is struggling keeping their supply up.

So I've been disappointed that I haven't been able to exclusively breastfeed Shuri. I've been trying but I'm still giving her 2-3 bottles a day when my supply runs low. I'd like to be able to pump 2-3 bottles a day and feed her if possible. Last week I got my first post partum period and I was so sad because I knew it was a sign I'm not breastfeeding enough. My supply took a bigger dip but it's coming back because I'm also using lactation teas, iron and calcium pills. My friend tagged Milky Mama in the comments and I ordered the sample box. The sample box comes with a lemonade and 6 brownies and 6 cookies. I ate two brownies and drunk all the lemonade while writing this.
