i'm supposed to be the supervisors assistant. and one of the workers today was on their phone so i went up to them and asked for their phone bc protocol is strict now and we lock away phones if they're in use during meal hours. she basically laughed in my face and said, "I'm not giving you my phone Jamie" and tucked it in her pocket and walked away. my immediate reaction was, "okay, yeah, cuz fuck me right?" and i walked out and went right to our supervisor and told her. if no one is going to respect my position shit's gunna get heated real fast. i don't need friends here, i need workers to do their jobs and follow the fucking rules.

I said to her later, you didn’t have to do that because I know that those energies can’t just disappear, you had to take it into yourself and I don’t want you to have to do that. She told me that it was OK, that she’s stronger than me and she can take it. I feel blessed to have these certain people in my life, Lee might not know it but she is highly ranked on that list. She’s the one who won’t read my palm because she doesn’t want to “open old wounds” and tell me something that I can’t handle, because she says I wouldn’t be able to. Of course this intrigues me and I want her to do it because I don’t know what old wounds she’s talking about because she’s said that since the day I walked in to start working there. This is the woman who opened herself up to my aura and cried because of how pure and white and beautiful it was. This is the woman who calls me Angel. This is the woman who tells me that my spirit animal is a white stallion. this is the woman who tells me that i have the gift of i open myself to it. the woman who vibes my bad energies and silently helps me through my rough days. the one who reminds me that i have two females attached to me, my guardian angels from my family. i’m grateful to have started working at Mill Gardens and met this woman
hahahahaha i can’t stand this one kid at work bc i don’t like his attitude and his know it all behavior and total disrespect for other people in general and bc he seems really ducking dumb. and i had to train him on the kitchen duties today. so yeah i had slight sass towards him (but it wasn’t awful, i know when i’m being a cunt bc i do that jokingly to my other coworkers who understand my humor). i honestly couldn’t stand working so closely with him bc everything i was showing him he acted like he already knew it, like his time would be better spent doing other stuff. even though i opened up with “okay so james trained you the other day in kitchen, what do you remember?” and he couldn’t give me a solid answer. like bruh. it was two days ago, you couldn’t have forgotten already. it just pisses me off bc he obviously doesn’t care, which irks me bc these people’s lives are in our hands: they have allergies and strict diets that we need to be aware of and you don’t give a shit. he blew up saying he can’t work with me when literally all i did was pull a cart that he was trying to help me with by pushing, but i kept going bc i didn’t feel it/didn’t hear him offer to help and i wanted to get loving bc we’re on a time sensitive schedule. and apparently our boss heard the little tiff bc he came looking for us to ask about it. and sorry if this stupid shit makes me look like i’m not management material but if it had been up to me this could wouldn’t be a server he’d be just a dishwasher, bc he doesn’t seem to care about anything pertaining to the residents safety or wellbeing and he’s better off not handling their food. okay sorry rant over
