This is a little comparison I put together via instagram!

The Mimi doll's hair is wet in the first photo, which is why I initially didn't post it. Once dried, It seems to be the same material as Jenny's.

I notice that despite how different the torso, arm, and leg sculpts are on a Mimi doll, the arm and leg articulation has identical materials and movement as Jenny's.

The face sculpts are incredibly similar to the point where I wonder if they're the same, their side profiles are almost identical. I wouldn't know for sure without wiping both of their faces, but this is my only Mimi, and I don't feel like rummaging through Aliexpress for Jenny heads currently. What I do see, though, by photo alone, is that Jenny has a slightly more pronounced chin?

The 2019-current Jouju face sculpts are also very similar, structurally, to both of these, with a similar smile and nose shape.

Finally cleaned up those Mimi dolls I got from Goodwill and put their outfits together as best as I could figure out - the only one I could find a picture of was the orange hair pop star themed Mimi. I think they turned out really cute and I think I’m a little obsessed with Mimi now.

Finally, the bride (and one little pic of the groom):

These dolls have the sweetest little faces and I find myself smiling at them whenever I see their little smiles.
