trial chambers are so interesting. ancient builders fucking domesticated monsters and used it (+ a rewards system) to train soldiers for combat. i assume?

Any opinions on Minecraft 1.21?
I haven’t gotten to play it a lot yet! I like that they’re adding new potion effects, the ominous bottle seems handy as I’m always a fan of being able to make things harder if I so choose. The new wolf variants and armour are SO delightful and I’m excited to see what use armadillos may have in terms of on-base bug repellent.
The mace looks so, so fun and I’m excited to get a look at trial chambers for myself and grab the new discs (of which creator is a quick favourite). More armour trims are very welcome as are all the new banner, painting and pottery cosmetics. So delightful.
Honestly, Minecraft has been knocking it out of the park update after update lately. I don’t get to talk about it often since the fandom has seemed rather split on mojang’s creative decisions as of late. ^^ I’m very easily pleased though.

they also got the guy who made the music for one of my recent favorite games, cobalt core (aaron cherof(great game by the way go check it out on steam))
