The year 2011 was a very crucial time for Minecraft. Those of you who have played the game since its early days know exactly what I mean. Many old-school players agree on the fact that beta 1.7.3 was the "perfect" version of the game. There was no sprinting, no hunger, no end dimension and no "end" to the game. And the terrain generation was so much more than magical. There were no bland, boring biomes. Instead there were many islands and ridiculous mountains to explore. While I'm not saying that the current version of Minecraft is bad, I am saying that I truly miss many of the game's old mechanics and features. That’s why I’ve decided to open a public Minecraft server running Beta 1.7.3 in 2018.
